Samagra Vikas Social Service Society is a non-profit making non-governmental organisation(NGO) with its registered office at Nalukody and administrative office in Alappuzha, Kerala, India. It was registered in 1979 under the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act of 1955.
Samagra Vikas has efficiently and effectively implemented a number of major and minor developmental projects during the past 29 years in partnership with European Commission, Karl Kuebel Stiftung of Germany, BMZ, Italian Bishop's Conference, Dept. of Disaster Management, Govt. of India, CAPART of Govt. of India, Central and State Social Welfare Boards, Kerala Water Authority, Kerala Housing Board, Kerala State Agricultural Department, Grama Panchayats etc.

  Operational Area
The operational area of Samagra Vikas is spread over in the districts of Alappuzha, Kottayam, Pathanamthitta and Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala state and the Kanyakumari district in Tamil Nadu. The extension offices of the society are situated in Mannanam, Nalukody, Champakulam, Mammood, Chethipuzha and Pilankalai (Tamil Nadu).
 
  The Participants
The participant communities consist of 52000 families from among agricultural laborers, small and marginal farmers, fishermen, dalits, women-folk, youth and children. Samagra Vikas has a network of 750 Self-Help-Groups and other community-based organisations in villages.
